Gentle Stretch Yoga is a Yoga practice that is suited for almost anyone of any age. The class is 45 minutes and consists of warm-up breathing exercises followed by poses that are done either sitting on a chair or standing. Some students like to use the chair as they begin to re-teach their body balance. The class finishes with a short guided meditation and little taste of Laughter Yoga. You do not need a yoga mat for this class.

Look for an upcoming Laughter Yoga training class for anyone who'd like to learn how to use laughter yoga as a healing technique. This class would be helpful to social workers, therapists, teachers, activity leaders, and anyone else who works with groups of people who could benefit from the healing properties of laughter.
Our last certifcation class was in May of 2012 and we plan to offer another class in either fall of 2012 or spring of 2013
