Gentle Stretch Yoga is a Yoga practice that is suited for almost anyone of any age. The class is 45 minutes and consists of warm-up breathing exercises followed by poses that are done either sitting on a chair or standing. Some students like to use the chair as they begin to re-teach their body balance. The class finishes with a short guided meditation and little taste of Laughter Yoga. You do not need a yoga mat for this class.

Our last certifcation class was in May of 2012 and we plan to offer another class in either fall of 2012 or spring of 2013
