World Laughter Day was May 1st but ask Beth Boeck and she'll tell you that Everyday is a Laughter Day. Beth is a certified Laughter Yoga instructor. She recieved her training at the Satchidananda Ashram, also known as Yogaville, VA. Beth has been conducting Laughter groups in the community for the past two years. Recent groups have been at Northfield Manor, Cedar Valley Retirement Center, The Menomonee Falls Optimist Club and many more.
