My Philosophy
Massage therapy is one of the avenues of energy flowing betweeen client and therapist that allows healing to take place. I love working with clients who need to relax or need pain to be dismissed. I personally have had to deal with chronic pain in my life, and I truly understand when somene states, "I need relief!" Therapeutic and relaxation massage can be a great combination of therapy. I believe we, as human beings have a physical, mental and spiritual makeup that needs to be attended to. Many times through massage, all three can be positively affected.

Relaxation Massage
Give yourself a chance to slow down. Allow your muscles and nerves to be soothed and improve circulation as well as eliminate toxins in your body. Experience total relaxation with gentle, medium or deep compression.

Therapeutic Massage
Receive a massage that is very specific to your aches and pains. Pressure is placed on a small area to find the origin of the discomfort. Tender points (local pain) and trigger points (pain that radiates to another location) are sore because they are deprived of oxygen and nutrients which cause muscle “knots.” Deeper pressure will help the “knot” release and bring in fresh fluid to calm the muscle tension.

Foot Treatment
Your feet work for you all day long and they need special attention! This treatment drives essential oils and moisturizers into the skin offering relief for days. One hour of this treatment is designed to deliver nourishment and warm, moist heat to your feet. Mini reflexology is used. The four steps in this treatment will make your feet think they are the most important part of your body!
One hour treatment $ 50.00
Hand Treatment
Special attention is made to every portion of your hands and forearms. A gentle scrub and application of essential oils and supreme moisturizer cream will make your hands feel so soft. Your hands will be wrapped in moist, warms towels. Hand reflexology is used. This treatment is beneficial for arthritic fingers.
One hour massage $40.00
Reflexology of Feet
Reflexology is based on a Zone Therapy Theory in which certain points on the feet are directly related to an organ or structure in the body. The intent of reflexology is to clear congestion, with the added benefit of reducing anxiety, casing relaxation and starting the body to begin an inner healing process. You will feel wonderful after one session!
One hour session - $ 50.00

My husband, John and I have three grown children and five grandchildren. We adore them all! They have become excellent students and reicpients of massage therapy!
John and I have property north of Green Bay where we have been able to give retreats. We have learned the Native Americans lived on this property in the past. It is an honor to be stewards of "The Land" and promote the beauty of Mother Earth.
